You'd think that ring sizes are universal.  It would make sense, right?  Well, they're not.  In the UK we are using a letter system, running from A to Z, with half sizes between each letter.  The US uses numbers running from 1/2 to 12 1/2.  And continental Europe uses a two digit number system running from 38 to 69.

If you're shopping for rings online, especially on worldwide platforms, you'll experience this confusing scenario.
