All jewellery comes to you beautifully packaged in my signature purple box (opening a gift box is half the fun), with care instructions. Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery (signature is required on receipt).

Currently shipping throughout UK, as well as to EC, Norway, Israel, North America, Hong Kong, Japan, South Africa, Australia & New Zealand.

I am pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the UK.

Due to Brexit and Covid issues, all international deliveries are facing delays. Expect a minimum of 10 days from order for Europe and North Africa, longer for other destinations.

RETURNS
I want you to love your brand new jewellery. So if for any reason you change your mind, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be sent back in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, you have the option to exchange the item.

If you bought one of my pieces for a gift and it doesn't fit, or it's not quite to their liking, please get in touch to discuss a fitting meeting, return, exchange, or other relevant options.

Please note...

Goods will only be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt, unless you have been notified otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a subsequent refund is made.

We will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

We are not able to refund custom orders.
